Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

• To request a size exchange, contact us via Website Chat, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email within 4 days of receiving your order.

• Size exchanges are available only for unworn, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact.

• We will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available. In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to us.

• Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched.

• If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose store credit/gift card/Return to original source equal to the product value.

• If an exchange is not requested, the refund will be credited to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

• Size exchange is allowed only once per order.

EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:

• The product has been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Original tags or packaging are missing.

• The exchange request is made after the eligible exchange period.

• The customer dislikes the color, fabric, or design after purchase.

• Minor color variations occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, or display differences.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect products, or verified manufacturing defects.

• Return requests must be raised within 4 days of receiving the order through Website Chat, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email.

• Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment mode and order circumstances.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact.

• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
